The terms of cooperation depend on the size of the investment or the size of the business, the investment attractiveness of the offer, the client's goals, the expected outcome, and the amount of work to find investors.

• For small businesses (investment up to $ 100,000), we recommend an ad placement service or new crowdfunding opportunities.
• For small and medium businesses ($ 100,000 to $ 1,000,000), we recommend an integrated approach to attract investments or sell businesses based on tailor-made promotion packages.
• For larger companies (from $ 1,000,000), we recommend a one-on-one approach, using a full-service investor relations arsenal.

In our understanding, the process of searching for an investor is an integrated approach and requires significant intellectual, time and financial investments. Initially, we focus on results and demand commissions from successful transactions, however, the initial costs of developing the investment note, conducting an advertising and media campaign, market analysis of potential investors, and other necessary services are paid in advance. The willingness to bear the costs of attracting investment with us is a guarantee of serious intentions.
