The recruitment agency “Intermarine” has been employing seafarers since 1991. At the request of our company partners, we hire seafarers for any type of vessel. Presently, there are around 1000 people here selected by our professional staff working on board ships at any given time. We are proud that we have a group of highly qualified employees, who are able to perform a wide range of services in the field of recruitment as follows: Verification of professional knowledge and skills, To achieve the best results in our work, our agency's employees regularly attend various types of training and thematic courses and receive appropriate certificates upon completion. In light of this, we are well aware that the safe operation of the ship, the safety of the crew and the cargo depends on the professional skills of the crew, and special attention is paid to testing the knowledge of safety regulations and rules by our seafarers. Our company cooperates closely with organizations such as the “Federation of Maritime Transport Workers and Seafarers of Ukraine”, “The Federation of Employers of Ukraine”, “The Federation of Ukrainian Maritime Trade Unions” and the “Regional Black Sea Employers’ Organization for Recruiting Ukrainian Seafarers ”. Since its establishment, Intermarine has been cooperating with the Greek company “Kindos Mariner SA” as its exclusive representative in Ukraine. For its part, Kindos Mariner SA has become our representative in the Greek job market. The president of "Kindos Mariner SA" is Captain Dimitris Zordos, who has been a teacher since 1962 and received the Medal of Honor from the Odessa City Administration.
