METRO Cash & Carry opened its first Ukrainian store in Kiev in 2003. Since then the company has invested 460 MI. Euro grows and creates 7.000 jobs in head office and 25 stores.

METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine cooperates with about 1,300 suppliers. Its wholesale stores offer a varied assortment of 29,000 food and non-feed commodities, more than 90% of which are sourced from Ukrainian producers, distributors and importers.

The net sales area of the stores ranges from 7.000 to 10,000 square meters. The total area reaches a size of 16,000 square meters. Each mall has ample car park for up to 900 parking spaces.
