Major events in the company's history
Project Volia was created in 2000, with the help of experts from the international investment firm SigmaBleyzer, a company with a proven track record in designing and implementing business-to-business strategies and improving company performance. It brought in large Western investments, much of which was directed towards building modern optical fiber communication networks, purchasing and modernizing advanced digital equipment, and improving service quality. It promptly operated new cable networks, modernized old networks, and applied the latest technologies for broadband and digital signal transmission.
