This leisure complex was built in 2006 and houses 2 buildings with a total of 29 rooms including 2-VIP, 3-suite, 9-deluxe and 9-standard rooms that can accompany 74 guests.

In this complex you will find everything you may need for a relaxing holiday. Peace and tranquility in the surrounding area. Wonderful view from some room windows on the river Gary “prut” (ukr.- Ïðóò 'prut') and the name of the rock “elephant” (ukr.-Ñëîí 'slon')

On the first floor there is a café-bar (120 seats) and a conference room (100 seats) containing the latest technology.

On the fifth floor there is a restaurant (144 seats) with a mountain view and an exclusive Ukrainian and Western menu.
