Lodge At Demyan is conveniently located just 300 meters from the city center and the railway station and at the same time near the forest, only 250 meters from the sky lift to Bujar Mountain. Near the hostel there is a bowling club and a local playground.

This modern two storey house will host between 12 and 14 guests.

On the first floor There are two rooms with two beds (double bed or sofa bed, wardrobe, TV, shower), bathroom (shower, toilet) with separate entrance
On the second floor It is a spacious hall, two large rooms with 3 bedrooms (double bed or two single beds, extra sofa bed, wardrobe, TV, bathroom) and one room with two bedrooms (double bed, wardrobe, armchair, bathroom).
Also on the second floor there is a kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, TV) with a balcony.

Meals are served 2 times (on request) from the traditional home cooking menu. If necessary, there is the possibility of self-cooking from dairy products, vegetables and meat.

Separate is a small cottage with two bedrooms (double or two single beds, extra sofa bed, wardrobe, TV, bathroom), large hall (refrigerator and electricity) and balcony.

Discounts are offered for long stays, larger groups, and children.

In the hostel building, there is a pavilion, barbecue grill, and a pond with fish to enjoy the task.

- transportation from elevators;

- Housekeeping - every day, towels (1 per person) - as needed, bed linen change every 7 days.

Paid services: sauna, internet, laundry and ironing, fishing.

For active vacations, we will help with ski equipment rental, finding a service coach, trips to the waterfall, lake, hiking, mushroom and berries picking, fishing, horseback riding, and bike rental.
