The buildings of our complex are made of environmentally clean Carpathian spruce, by the best masters of Ukraine.

The buildings feature a breathtaking view. Weddings, birthdays and corporate evening parties whatever you want (better on initial request) you will be satisfied not only inside but also by live and popular Ukrainian music, pop rock and disco with grate sound and modern lighting effects

The complex is located in the town of Klevan on the M-08 Rivne - Lutsk road, eighteen kilometers from the Rivne regional center.

“Skol'mo” is the pearl of the joint Ukrainian-Danish business. Skal is from Danish “Cheers”, and from our countrymen does not know Ukrainian “Bud'mo”.
