We propose to the owners to appoint qualified Ukrainian personnel, specialists and assessments for international crews and to represent shipowners in the Eastern Ukraine region.

Our main goal is to provide our manager with disciplined, qualified and qualified crew / sailors. Our staff members will obtain a proficiency rating certificate, or higher, of former USSR or Ukrainian / Russian origin, and will successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination in accordance with international standards, as stipulated by the STCW (Standards for Training Certification) International Convention No. 78 / 95.

Database of “Global Consulting Ltd.” It has more than two thousand sailors. All employees of our company have a long experience in personnel management, and this is due to the fact that our employee worked in the personnel department of Azov Shipping Company until the reorganization.

Global Consulting Ltd. Has passed the certification procedure for ISO 9001 standards from the Russian Maritime Registry of Shipping. We are planning to obtain a "Quality Certificate" in the near future.
