This became possible due to the fact that all reinsurance partners of ASKA UJSIC in Western Europe have renewed reinsurance agreements with our company.

The treaties contain indirect sections that enable us to provide capabilities to Ukrainian insurance companies.

Treaty Risk Categories and Limitations of Coverage:
Insurance / reinsurance contracts for property and goods are reinsured on the basis of increased loss. ASKA retention ratio is $ 50,000 per loss. The capacity of the reinsurance agreement is 5,000 USD.
Additional section for Ukrainian insurance companies: $ 3,000.
The additional division of the Russian insurance companies is 1,000,000 USD.
- Reinsurers under the agreement are - the leader - - HANNOVER Re (Germany, rated AA-) 70% of liability, SCOR (France, rating BBB +) 30% of liability.
Aviation liability insurance / reinsurance contracts are reinsured on the basis of increased loss. Treaty limits are $ 20,000,000. The leader is HANNOVER Re.
Accident insurance / reinsurance contracts are reinsured on a surplus basis. The capacity of the reinsurance agreement is 50,000 USD.
- Auto insurance / reinsurance contracts for LaForry. A reinsurance agreement is a holding of shares. 90% of liabilities are reinsured with SCOR. Treaty capacity US $ 500,000.
- Transfer insurance / reinsurance contracts are reinsured on an excess loss basis. ASKA retention value of $ 20,000 per loss. Treaty capacity is 100,000 USD. The reinsurance company under the agreement is the Trans-Pacific Reinsurance Corporation (USA, rated AA).

ASKA UJSIC is also prepared to accept the risks related to its retention, namely:
- Under the contracts of aviation risk insurance (hull, accidents with crew members up to 50,000 USD);
On marine craft insurance contracts up to $ 30,000;
On auto company liability insurance contracts (CMR) up to $ 100,000.
