Kosiv is a picturesque little town in Hutsulshchyna, the land of the high Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains, torrents and fresh air. The town is more than 500 years old and is the seat of the Ivano-Frankivsk Province in Ukraine.

Kosiv is known for its notable artists who not only create beautiful things but also preserve national traditions in embroidery, ceramics, weaving, forging, and making wooden, linen and woolen things, pysankas. The Kosiv region is really rich in talent, there is an artist in almost every home.

Kosiv was and will always be a place visited by everyone who cares about the ethnic roots of the huts or only engages in popular applied arts and incredibly beautiful and clean nature.
