Ukrainian Women's Fund

The Ukrainian Women's Fund (UWF) is an international charitable organization established in 2000. The Federation provides civil society organizations (CSOs) from Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus with financial, informational and advisory support.

UWF represents the Open Society Institute's Women's Network Program - New York, and is a member of the International Network of Women's Funds and the Ukrainian Donor Forum.

UWF's the mission To specifically assist civil society organizations, but not limited to women's civil society organizations, to play an active role in the processes of democratizing society and contributing to equality, justice and respect for human rights by supporting civil society development with financial opportunities.

UWF Objectives
Promoting human rights and basic freedoms for citizens through strengthening civil society organizations
To attract more resources to support civil society by developing a culture of philanthropy in Ukraine
Facilitating the consolidation of the women's movement as an integral part of civil society in Ukraine, as well as in Moldova and Belarus
Promote public participation in decision-making at various levels
Increasing public interest in diversity and gender issues
