Metal construction plant OJSC Makeyevka

OJSC “Makeyevka Metal Constructions Plant” was established in 1994 on the basis of the “Makeyevka Metal-Construction Plant” works. The Works was founded in 1931 and is one of the oldest companies in the civil engineering complex in Ukraine.

The factory produces the production for domestic and foreign customers.

The factory's strategy is to manufacture according to international quality standards, but at the price of the Ukrainian market.

The factory is equipped with the latest high-quality devices and equipment, including:

1. CRYSTAL gas cutting machine with numerical cutters and programmers
Control the location of the shape and spacing between sheets.
2. SVERISING bandsaw machines, Taiwan made, for cutting sections, bars, rounds, squares and strips.
3. Chekh BOMAR belt saw machine for cutting heavy sections and welded beams.
4. GEKA multifunction machine, Spain made, for mechanical processing of angles, channels, strips and punching holes in them.
5. STIERLI-BIEGER 300 ton hydraulic straightening press, Switzer-
Ground, to straighten welded columns and girders as well as for bending heavy voids.
6. Italy-made FICEP automatic line for high-performance drilling of beams, channels, angles, strips and flanges with maximum drilling diameters up to 40mm.
7. OERLIKON welding equipment, Swedish made, for high performance gas shielded arc welding.
8. Thermal scraping equipment for metal tool cleaning and vacuum spray coating
US-made GRACO equipment.

The products made by our business are well known in Ukraine, as well as the CIS and Baltic countries. The main consumers of our products are oil and gas complex, mineral and sugar industry companies.

Our factory has fabricated tanks for oil and petroleum products and other metal works of these companies: Borispol, Odessa and Simferopol airports.
Oil plants in Zaporozhye, Lvov, Odessa, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk mill “Olena”; Cargil Combine LTD (USA) - mill for processing sunflowers in Donetsk; Compani FLAS & K (Berdyansk), Snezhnyansk focus plant, Slavyansk township ceramic tile factory; Malinovsky glassworks, Knauff Gips Donbass.

The business maintains close ties with the Donbas State Academy of Civil Engineering, the Science Research Institute “Promstrog Project”, and the Ukrainian Foundation “Vostokstalkonstruktsia”.
