Tavrian casting “TALKO” is an active enterprise with modern approaches to working in the field of castings production which includes the following production sub-divisions:

- The aluminum casting workshop produces castings by cold casting and die casting. The shop capacity is 3,500 tons of quality castings annually.

The steel casting shop produces investment castings. The shop capacity is 320 tons of quality castings annually.

- The machine assembly workshop produces finished parts and units.

The company's ability allows to design and produce foundry tools and equipment for the manufacture of castings.

Our company deals with a high production capacity that allows to produce more than 3,500 tons of aluminum castings annually and around 320 tons of investment precision steel castings. For cars, motorcycles, tractors, steering control casings, SMD clutch cases, pneumatic cylinder covers, power tool cases, nozzle rings and much more.
Aluminum castings are produced by die casting as well as by cold casting using special and universal mechanical cooling machines.
Aluminum alloys of Al-Si-Mg and Al-Si-Cu systems are used to produce aluminum castings; For steel investment casting production, we use carbon structural steel, low-alloyed and heat-resistant steel.
Castings are tested for chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure and dimensional accuracy.

The company's experts have developed and introduced a quality management system that has been certified in accordance with the requirements of the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 Certificate Registration Number 15100 31608.
