Shabat aims to supply pegmatite materials to enterprises engaged in porcelain and ceramic work, to companies that deal with building ceramics and studio pottery. We are able to meet the requirements of our domestic and foreign markets.

A subsidiary company of Agromat called “Shpat” was established in 1997. It is located in Malaya Tokarovka village in Zhitomirskiy district. This local deposit is known as “Gorniy”. The main field of work is the excretion and further processing of pegmatite objects.

As much as quartz is part of a fine ceramic block, pegmatites can replace clean mast. Field Spar represents the Platty Structured Minerals. The color of the aldaw mast varies between pink and red. Some varieties of Felda mast are yellow in color.
Apart from the fact that pegmatite contains mast and quartz, ferric oxide, muscovite, biotite and the aeration product - choline can also be found. Pegmatites are formed at great depths under high temperatures and are characterized by large crystal structure and volatile components (F, CI, B etc.). Pegmatite is a promising alternative to Feldian conflict, and its resources are relatively limited.

Melting point is 1200 ° C. The mast filled with high quality during melting should have clear or milky glass in color. Due to this fact, potash pegmatite is widely used in the manufacture of ornamental and household cabinets, electric ceramics, ceramics, sanitary equipment, etc.

Potash Sparfield is preferred in the manufacture of electrical porcelain goods (because Nitrium Sparfield has a lower melting point (1100 ° C) and can cause deformation of electrical goods from porcelain during firing). A unit of potash mast tents or equal to 3.
The pegmatites produced by “SPAR” are separated by a cylindrical type separator based on the Nd-Fe-B static magnet, and the next medium for separation from the mixture of ferro-injection and biotite is a three-phase cylindrical Nd-Fe-B magnetic separator (magnetic induction 1,1). All stages of production are subject to strict quality control.

The enterprise has its own chemical analytical laboratory, which constantly conducts extensive qualitative and quantitative analyzes of pegmatite substances after each shift, and according to the results of the analyzes, a quality certificate is issued to the customer.
