Craina Insurance is an open joint stock company with 14 years of work experience. The history of the company dates back to July 1994 when the Mercury-M Insurance Alliance was established, and on December 29, 2004 the company changed its name to the Krayina Insurance Company.

The company has licenses for 21 types of insurance. The authorized capital of the company is 32.48 million hryvnia.

According to the results of 2007, the company became a member of the National Insurance Payments Club. Krayina Insurance Company is a member of the Automobile (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine and a participant of the Voluntary Association of Insurance Companies “Building Insurance Complex”.
