EVMINOV Method - the medical method for locomotor therapy
This is the therapeutic physical training method (movement therapy), patented and medically approved and approved by the Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the spine.
This method is based on dosing voiding (traction) of the spine with simultaneous performance of a set of physical exercises to strengthen the muscles of the spine and master the feeding of all its structures (discs, ligaments, etc.).

On the basis of the method, many medical, health and preventive programs have been established for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the spine at different stages and in different age periods.

Programs are individually selected by the center's doctors, and are carried out with the help of the EVMINOV'S PROPHYLACTOR agent. Method guided training is in-center care by Physical Therapeutic Training (TPT) trainers and other exercises that patients independently perform at home.

Unique method - this is a stable treatment and recovery effect on dosing (unloading) of the spine with simultaneous training of deep (short) spinal muscles.
Special training of the short muscles of the spine increases the amount of intercellular fluid which improves the diffuse feeding of the disc. The advanced muscular corset protects the spine from the painful influences of everyday life and gives the spine an even anatomical position.
