The public institution “State Drug Center” of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health (hereinafter referred to - the center) is an institution authorized by the Ministry of Health to practice administrative and economic organization and control of the registration of medicinal products in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Medicines”. In 2002, Ukraine became a full member of the WHO International Drug Monitoring Program. As a result, the information is regularly submitted to the database of the WHO Collaborating Center for International Medicines Monitoring (Uppsala, Sweden). Data were presented on adverse reactions, which developed after the use of medicinal products on the territory of Ukraine. The information is based on data automatically reported by doctors.
