OJSC “Ukrainian Bank for Reconstruction and Development” was registered by the National Bank of Ukraine under registration 292 as of 19.03.2004. The bank license 216 was issued on 14 October 2004.
The State Innovation Finance and Credit Organization of Ukraine owns 99.99% of the statutory capital of the bank and is closely related to the field of work of the Ukrainian State Agency for Innovations and Investments.

Bank mission: To create favorable conditions for the development of the Ukrainian economy by encouraging innovation and investment activity for clients, providing support to local producers and ensuring the optimal balance of interests of all stakeholders - customers, shareholders and banking interests.
