In November 2005, FORUM bank shareholders completed a private secondary subscription process for existing shares among foreign investors of about 9.4%. From the issued capital of the bank. That's 9.4 percent. Shares were distributed among institutional funds in Western Europe. The shares were placed in the form of GDRs that were listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in early November 2005.

Currently 8.34%. The authorized capital is distributed to foreign investors in the form of international certificates of deposit. The candidate for the GDB is the Bank of New York.

FORUM Bank provides its services through a network of smaller branches and outlets located throughout Ukraine. Bank branches and outlets (operational offices) offer a wide range of banking services including lending, documentary transactions, securities operations, foreign currency transactions, settlement and payment transactions and international payment card operations.

The branches offer a full range of bank services to FORUM individual and corporate clients. Each branch has its own lending limits and decision-making bodies, which are usually established within a year of the establishment of the branch in question. Both FORUM Bank outlets are smaller and may not offer the full range of bank services. All outlets offer customers' current accounts, deposits, and foreign currencies. However, only large outlets offer loan facilities, with limits set by the respective branch or head office of the bank.

The bank is expanding its network in the most populated and economically developed cities and regions of Ukraine (including Kiev, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Odessa, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Mykolaiv region, Crimea and other industrial centers).
