BM Bank, JSC (License No. 223 dtd 02.09.2008) is a Ukrainian branch of one of the largest Russian banks - Bank of Moscow.

The registered capital of BM Bank is currently 340.7 million UAH. The ownership stake of Bank of Moscow is 99.91%, BM Holding AG - 0.09%.

The BM Bank team aims to create a large global bank serving both corporate and individual clients. BM Bank combines in its work the experience of Bank of Moscow with knowledge of the Ukrainian market.

BM Bank has been awarded a credit rating uaBBB, outlook “stable” by the national “credit rating” agency.

In 2008, BM Banks' net assets grew by 150%, portfolio credit - by 167%, and client funds - by 126%.
