Pressmash, a public company, specializes in dropping, manufacturing and repairing power presses (250 to 4000kHz) for open and closed types, simple and dual-operation. Our presses are designed for various cold press operations. Our machines allow us to perform preparatory, turning, milling, drilling, polishing, gear processing, welding, thermal and galvanic operations. We can also produce large size welded fittings and components for machines and mechanisms (dimensions: 2x3x6 meters, weight: up to 35 tons). The statutory fund - 16, 3 mln. UAH, the state share - 36.02%. Average annual sales volume for the last three years - more than 3 million. UAH. Average number of employees - 180. Plot of land - 11.3 hectares, production facilities of the public company "Pressmash" - 7.7 hectares. The fixed assets value reaches 68.7 million. UAH, including 30 mln. UAH for the value of the active segment. We are also proud of our human resources - qualified machine operators, designers, and production engineers. Our press factory was established in 1974 and had different shapes, namely: It was part of “Karpatpressmash” as a main production unit (1979-1990), and it was leased from 1991 until 1998. In 1998 it was reorganized into a public company. The first printing press was manufactured in 1978 and over 9,000 presses were sold over the next 27 years. We have exported 500 presses to Austria, England, France, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, USA, Argentina etc. More than 30% of the presses are sold outside Ukraine, and our enterprise has obtained honorary diplomas from the Ivano-Frankivsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the production of export competitors in the Ukrainian engineering industry. Our presses are regularly displayed in various exhibitions. It was presented at the Second International Industrial Forum “Industrialization and Protection - 2004” and the National Exhibition of Ukraine at the General Industrial Exhibition “Hannover-Messe-2005”. Our production received an honorary diploma from the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine. The new production of the company was presented at the Fourth International Industrial Forum “Industrialization and Protection - 2005” The presses were accredited by the Scientific Center “Stankosert” (Odessa). We provide technical services for certified production according to the license agreement.
