LLC Versia-Lux is a manufacturer of products in stainless steel and galvanized steel. The primary activity of the company is the production of component parts for single- and double-walled chimneys and ducts.

Flue ducts are used to exhaust combustion products from the boiler. Depending on the specific operating conditions, chimney ducts can have a large number of design features and are produced from various materials. The quality and general performance of the boiler depends on the material and the method of making the chimney duct.

Stainless steel chimneys are universal and fit into any heater that uses oil, solid or gaseous fuels (boiler, burner, infrared source, gas turbine unit, convectors, etc.); Requires minimal installation space and easy to install. They can be used at operating temperatures up to 600 ° C, as well as in heating systems with condensate boilers where the temperature of the outgoing gas is lower than the dew point temperature.

We use high quality stainless steel to produce our products. The component parts are fabricated with the help of plasma arc welding in an inert gas (argon) environment.

In our products, we use materials which have perfect thermal and mechanical strength, and the production process is directed to prevent intermolecular corrosion and also ensure all requirements for the containment, heat stability and stability of the vacuum gauge pressure.

Our product range is very wide and includes nominal diameters from 80 to 1200mm. The features of the production technology enable the production of double-walled pipes, in which the inner tube of the chimney channel is made of 0,5 - 1 mm of stainless steel, followed by a layer of thermal insulation produced by Rockwool (Poland), and the outer tubes the casing is made of stainless steel Or galvanized. Double-walled pipes made of galvanized steel in a galvanized shell are also used in ventilation and flue duct systems.
