A closed joint stock company “UkrTehnoProm” is managed by “UkrTehnoProm” Holding. There are 7 industrial and 3 commercial establishments, which include the holding group.

The holding company “UkrTehnoProm” enforces the strategic management of the holding participants, and also instills a joint financial, technical, personnel, price, marketing and advertising policy. The corporate domain also covers social policy, creating and supporting company style and standards, and more, and making multifaceted institutional arrangements.

The pioneering business of the holding company “UkrTehnoProm” is the public company “Krasilivsky Machine-building Plant” which is today since its inception from 1932. The company's manufacturing facilities are located in Krasilov, Khmelnytskyi region.

It started its activity in a small workshop in terms of repairing agricultural equipment. During the Great Patriotic War the plant was destroyed. But despite this, business activity was resumed, manufacturing facilities and production capacity gradually developed.

During that time, the factory specialized in producing equipment for the sugar industry, trailers, caravans, cranes, conveyors, tractors and wagons. Today, “Krasilivsky Machine-building Plant” specializes in manufacturing heating equipment under the brand “ATON”.

“Krasilivsky Machine-building Plant” was the first among the companies in its branch to introduce and certify the quality management system for heating equipment in accordance with the requirements of ÄÑ وكذلك, as well as the international ISO standard as of 9001-2001.

The foundation has repeatedly participated in international exhibitions. It was conferred with honors Presidential Diploma of Trade and Industry from the Ukrainian Chamber for active participation in foreign economic activities and contribution to the development of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine. And also with a diploma finalist in the Ukrainian competition "Top 100 Products of Ukraine", in which the heating technologies of the "ATON" brand were shown.

Contemporary design and ability thanks to the heat exchanger, gas burners, and reliable automation to create comfortable thermal conditions at the lowest costs - all this is the indisputable advantage of "ATON" boilers.

- small household chimney boilers with a power: 8, 10, 12.5 kW;
- household chimney boilers with power: 16, 20, 25, 30, 50 kW;
