EVU Management Ltd. (EVU) is a limited liability company regulated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus in 1998. It manages two funds in Ukraine, EVU I and EVU II, and also acts as an exclusive investment advisor to The Ukraine Opportunity Trust PLC, an investment fund traded on the London Stock Exchange ( UKRO stock bar).

EVU Management is licensed by the Cyprus Stock Exchange Commission to provide fund management and advisory services. The fund manager is also a member of the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association.

Euroventure Ukraine seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by taking large stakes in portfolio companies through negotiated transactions, while taking an active role in influencing their operations and management with the goal of achieving higher returns. A company usually aims to generate capital gains from its investments within four to six years. Investments range from $ 5 to $ 20 million in equity and / or quasi-equity per transaction. Larger financing can be arranged by partnering with other private equity firms and fund investors.
