Kyiv National Economic University started one of the best educational traditions, which are respected and preserved at the present time; To train scholars to the highest qualification of its graduates. The first doctors of economic sciences were former students of the faculty of O.Bilorus, A.Savchenko and S.Pokropyvnyy. The best college graduates were offered teacher jobs right after graduating from the university. The first of them were A.Pavlenko, VKolot, V.Totskiy, VSaharov, V.Say, O.Tsurul, M.Koval and M. Aleksandrov.

Nowadays, most of the faculty of the college are its former alumni, and young professionals compete annually for the right to return to the classroom but now as instructors.
The School of Economics and Management is one of the flagship colleges of the university. More than 3,500 students study in the college's full-time and part-time bachelor's and master's programs.
