It took a few years of diligent and successful work before the company grew from a team managing a single project to a multi-project construction development firm, simultaneously managing five to ten projects in various stages of implementation. The company has experience developing conceptual designs, as well as planning, building and operating Class A business centers, first-class shopping and entertainment centers, multi-storey commercial parking centers and villa communities. The company's assets include project management teams, an architect and design office, a general contracting firm, as well as operating teams responsible for providing engineering, financial, commercial, legal and operational support to the projects.
