OJSC “Doncement” has 6 technology lines for manufacturing clinker with a total production capacity of 1,988,000 tons of clinker per year and 8 technological lines for grinding cement with a total capacity of 2,100,000 tons of cement per year. The basic stages of a technological manufacturing line are:
Extraction and processing of raw materials.
Prepare the raw mix.
- Clinker burn.
Cement grinding.
Storing, storing and shipping finished goods.

The primary raw materials in cement manufacturing are marlestone and chalk. Besides the different production stages, depending on the type of cement, various additives such as slag, gypsum, pyrite sulfur, etc. are used. The enterprise is independently extracting basic raw materials - chalk and marleston - in its quarries. Mining is done in an open manner. Minerals are developed by skid with pre-ventilation with blast energy.

The primary slurry is milled in "Hydrofall" mills. Raw materials are transported in the quarry by railroad cars, from the quarry to the factory site - by heavy trucks and water transport.
OJSC “Doncement”, as well as the majority of cement producers in Ukraine, use the “wet” method to manufacture cement. The ready-made cement is transported by pumps to silos.
Cement is shipped by railway wagons and heavy trucks. The company also sells cement packed according to European standards. At the request of clients, the cement can be packed in a bag with a total weight of 10 to 50 kg, in a container without a pallet with a weight of 0.5 to 1950 tons. Upon request, the cement can be packed in a soft container such as a "big bag" (0.5-1.5 tons).
