OLNOVA Joint German-Ukrainian Venture Ltd. Was established in 1997 and is specialized in manufacturing machines for shredding various types of waste. OLNOVA Ltd. represents cutting machines. An ideal solution to the problem of recycling and utilization of waste generated by different spectrums of human activities.

Domestisc waste, construction waste, mixed waste, wood waste (raw and dry wood, railway sleepers and tree roots), paper rolls, chips, bark, stones and soil, car bodies and other waste pose no problem for OLNOVA shredders.

The manufacturing was launched by fifteen highly qualified experts. The business developed rapidly and within two years the number of employees grew due to the increase in production volumes and the team faced a need to expand production. The company’s team today consists of 250 professionals with experience in engineering, production and marketing. The company's potential capabilities and market needs assessment indicated the economic efficiency of manufacturing continuous serial products and introducing new equipment.

JV OLNOVA is a prime example of industry integration and scientific potential. Progressive economic methods and environmental management are the basis of company policy. While expanding production, updating and developing new products, the company's management always put into consideration nature and environmental protection. The company believes that efficient and rational use of natural resources is not possible without the measured policy implemented by management, in particular the policy of production and environmental protection.

By this time, the company's specialists had already proposed both new equipment and commercial plants that would ensure the eligibility of processing lines from day one in operation, and a flexible approach to leasing packages and credit programs for buyers. The implementation of these projects will enhance the economic position towards natural resources.

At present, Ukrainian, Russian, Belarusian, Polish, Finnish and German companies are working successfully with OlNOVA and a number of contracts with companies from other countries are also in progress. OlNOVA actively maintains business contacts with research and government institutions in Ukraine that work in the scientific and industrial field of the company. The main objective of the company is to create a specialized marketing, informational, scientific and research base for specialized companies in Ukraine.
